Regalsystem – extrudierte pulverbeschichtete Aluminiumprofile, Aluminium-Druckguss, furniertes MDF
Ähnlich wie Lagerregale, die aus einzelnen Kisten zusammengesetzt sind, stapelt New Order einfache und aufgekantete Regalböden aus Aluminium nebeneinander, übereinander und hintereinander. Das Konstruktionsprinzip des Regalsystems ist in höchstem Maße intuitiv: die extrudierten Aluminiumprofile werden einfach mithilfe angegossener Zapfen auf- oder ineinandergesteckt. Das variantenreiche Möbel lässt dadurch unendlich viele Optionen zu und verändert seine Gestalt je nach Bedarf und Funktion. Zusammen mit Rolf und Mette Hay wurde New Order zu einem industriellen Serienprodukt weiterentwickelt, das Variationsbreite und Preis in ein angemessenes Verhältnis setzt.

Comprised of interconnecting aluminum shelves, New Order is an open-ended system, focused on versatility. All elements are modular, enabling infinite combinations and applications. The system’s construction principle forms the basis for an intuitive assembly: the extruded aluminum profiles simply snap together, using cast-on pegs. Engineered for mass production in collaboration with Rolf and Mette Hay, New Order achieves a sustainable balance between functional variety and price.
