In collaboration with burgbad DIEZ OFFICE developed the wall-mounted furniture system rgb, expandable, compact to transport and easy to assemble.
With a simple turn, the two panels of laminated safety glass click into the profiles. The surfaces then form the side walls and can be fastened to the wall without a rear wall being required.

The space creating panel system is comprised of color–laminated glass panes that attach to vertically installed mounting rails with a simple twist. The rails and other hardware components were specifically developed for rgb by DIEZ OFFICE. Eliminating the need for back walls altogether, rgb relies on a limited number of elements and embraces the existing architecture as part of the assembly.
Its modular nature gives the user the creative freedom to layer colour and generate a whole array of hues, from subtle to bold. The transparent quality of the volumes renders the contents monochromatic, resulting in an aesthetically harmonious and orderly appearance.

rgb ist ein innovatives, wandmontierbares Möbelsystem, unter anderem für den Wohnbereich, Flur oder auch das Badezimmer. Durch ein Zusammenspiel von Farbe und Transparenz, kreiert rgb freischwebende Volumen, die sowohl mit ihren Inhalten als auch mit der Umgebung verschmelzen. Zentrale Idee des Systems sind farbige Glasscheiben, die mit einer einfachen Drehbewegung an vertikal angebrachten Montageschienen befestigt werden. Die Schienen und alle Erweiterungen wurden von DIEZ OFFICE speziell für burgbad entwickelt. Weil rgb durchweg auf Rückwände verzichtet, wird die Anzahl der Bauteile reduziert und gleichzeitig die vorhandene Architektur in die Konstruktion mit einbezogen. Der modulare Aufbau lädt ein, Farben zu überlagern, wodurch eine ganze Palette von subtilen bis kräftigen Tönen entsteht. Durch die transparenten Volumen wirken die Inhalte monochrom und ergeben eine harmonische, geordnete Erscheinung. rgb startet mit einer Kollektion aus Regalen, die mit Türen, Schubladen, Körben und Arbeitsplatten ergänzt werden können und die speziell für die Verwendung im Bad mit ausgewählten Waschtischen kombinierbar sind. Eine Reihe von Accessoires, die eine Vielzahl von Anforderungen im gesamten Haus erfüllen, befindet sich in der Entwicklung. Verfügbar ab Herbst 2019.

rgb’s basic element is an innovative assembly and construction system made from extruded aluminum profiles by means of which glass sidewalls can be firmly mounted onto the wall. These are complemented by attachable elements such as shelves and drawers to form closed units.
